What is the lead time of order ?

We do our best to perform a contract at the shortest period of time. Lead time mainly depends of the services' graphic complexity, amount of subpages and materials delivered by the Customer. Term of realization is discussed with Client each time. Most frequently it's up to 25 business days for average advanced services counting from the moment of all agreements and delivery of all required data by Contractor. Usually mean time of making standard web page ready takes out 15 business days. Naturally the whole is prepared with the highest sedulity.

Is the long-distance cooperation possible ?

Naturalny, it's one of our priorities of functioning. A Customer delivers necessary data by electronic way (e-mail, FTP) and concerts with us details on the project realization. Inter alia there is phone and e-mail contact available. Finished project is presented to acceptance on testing web page. This way, saving time and money we can settle project appearance and possible corrections. With our Customers from the area of ¦l±sk we may meet personally.

Do you provide hosting services ?

Desygn Factory provides web page publishing on chosen server. We also propose suiting domain name. Hosting services are provided by other specialized companies. We seek out and suggest to our Customers the most prize-attractive servers and domains, which is one of the stage of our cooperation with the Contractor. All these activities has it's purpose to generate the lowest expenses possible.
